bulletMinar-e-Pakistan: It commemorates the Pakistan Resolution of March 23rd 1940, which demanded the creation of a sovereign state for the Muslims of India. It was completed in 1968.
bulletBadshahi Mosque (Royal Mosque): It was constructed for Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb in 1674 and represents the final phase of Mughal Architecture. Apart from the architectural magnificence it is one of the largest mosques in the World with room for about 100,000 People. It is also housed with a small museum containing some of the important treasures of Islamic History.
bulletLahore Fort: It stands majestically in front of Badshahi Mosque. Its origins are obscure but its massive wall, towering gates, marble pavilions, audience halls, mirror palace (Shish Mahal), Pearl Mosque, etc. all belong to the Mughal Period.
bulletMasjid Wazir Khan: It is belonging to Mughal Period remains almost the only witness to the past splendours of the old city. This mosque was founded in 1634 by Wazir Khan, The Governor of the Punjab of Emperor Shahjehan. Decorated with mosiacs and frescoes of an infinite variety, the mosque is real ornament of Lahore.
bulletShish Mahal (Inside Lahore Fort): Situated inside the Lahore Fort it belongs to Mughal Emperor Shahjehan's Period. It consists of a row of high domed rooms, the roofs of which are decked out with hundreds of thousands of tiny mirrors in the fashion of the traditional Punjabi Craft of Shishgari (art made by tiny mirror fragments). A fire-brand lit inside any part of the Palace of Mirrors throws back a million reflections that dizzy the eye and seem like a galaxy of far-off stars turning in an ink-blue firmament. 
bulletShalimar Gardens: The magnificient Shalimar Gardens were raise in 1642 by Mughal Emperor Shahjehan as a recreational resort for the Royal Family. The tripple terraced gardens cover an area of 17 hectre, laid out in Persian Style and have marble pavilions, three lakes, marble water fal and more than 400 fountains.
bulletJehangir's Mausoleum: About 5Km to the North west of the Old City is located the Tomb of Mughal Emperor Jehangir. The Tomb was built by Shahjehan and Nurjehan in 1637 and was completed in 10 years.
